KATHMANDU: The Yamaha XSR 155 has been seen testing in India for the first time, hinting at its launch on November 11, 2025, according to Rushlane.
This model is a neo-retro roadster built on the R15 V4 platform. It comes with a round LED headlamp, a single-pod instrument cluster, a teardrop-shaped fuel tank and a flat seat, giving it a clean classic look.
The test bike was fitted with an upside-down front fork and a mono-shock at the rear. Disc brakes are placed at both ends, while the alloy wheels resemble those used on the FZ-S and FZ-X.
Powering the XSR 155 is the proven 155cc single-cylinder engine from the R15. It produces 18.1 BHP and 14 Nm of torque and is paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
