KATHMANDU: Citroen dealer in India has introduced a limited-period scheme offering two cars for the price of one. SGA Citroen, an authorized dealer based in Coimbatore, has announced that customers purchasing the Citroen C5 Aircross will receive the Citroen C3 X at no additional cost. The offer is valid until stocks last.
In Coimbatore, the C5 Aircross is priced at approximately 3.74 million Indian rupees. Under this scheme, buyers will get the C3 X sedan free of charge. In the Indian market, the C3 X is priced at around 750,000 Indian rupees
The C5 Aircross is powered by a 1,997cc four-cylinder diesel engine that produces 174 bhp and 400 Nm of torque. It is paired with an 8-speed automatic gearbox. The SUV measures 4,500 mm in length, 2,099 mm in width, and 1,710 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,730 mm. It offers 580 liters of boot space.
The SUV comes with a full LED lighting setup, projector headlamps, LED turn indicators, and 18-inch dual-tone diamond-cut alloy wheels. Inside, it features full leather seats, an 8-inch infotainment system, six speakers, dual-zone climate control, park assist, an electrically adjustable driver seat, a panoramic sunroof, keyless entry, and push-button start.
The scheme has drawn attention in the Indian auto market due to its aggressive retail strategy and limited availability.
