KATHMANDU: Foton Motor Nepal, under MAW Vriddhi, has organised a customer meet and greet program.
The event was held on May 8 at Kantipur Gardens in Balkumari, Lalitpur.
According to the company, the program brought together existing customers, prospective buyers, fleet operators, business users and other key stakeholders from across Kathmandu Valley.
The main objective of the event was to collect customer feedback. Participants were invited to share their ownership experience, service requirements, suggestions and overall impressions.
Prospective buyers also got an opportunity to learn more about Foton’s range of commercial vehicles and interact directly with the Foton Nepal team.
The company said the direct interaction reflects its commitment to maintaining long-term relationships with customers even after the sale.
The event also included discussions on after-sales service. Customers shared their views on service accessibility, spare parts availability, repair quality and response time.
According to the company, the feedback collected during the event will be used to improve service standards and make vehicle ownership more convenient and reliable.
