KATHMANDU: Jetour has received more than 1,000 bookings for its newly launched T2 i-DM within days of opening orders in Pakistan, reflecting strong demand for the brand’s latest plug-in hybrid SUV.
The response highlights the growing popularity of modern SUVs in South Asia, where buyers are increasingly looking for vehicles that combine electrified powertrains with rugged capability and premium features.
The Jetour T2 i-DM is powered by a plug-in hybrid system and features a boxy off-road-inspired design. Its blend of advanced technology, bold styling, and practical capability has helped attract significant customer interest soon after its market debut.
The milestone also underscores Jetour’s expanding presence in international markets as the Chinese automaker continues to strengthen its position with SUVs focused on design, technology, and off-road performance.
Jetour, the premium SUV marque of Chery Holding Group, is preparing to enter the Nepali market through the Laxmi Group.
