KATHMANDU: Shree Dreams Mobility Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of KYC electric vans in Nepal, has confirmed that full sales and service facilities for KYC vans are available from more than a dozen locations nationwide.
In a press statement, the company said all its service centers across the country are operating regularly. It urged customers not to be misled by false information being circulated by certain individuals or organizations for personal benefit.
Shree Dreams Mobility objected to misleading news and advertisements that aim to disrupt the sale and distribution of KYC electric vans. The company said such information may confuse customers and wrongly suggest that buyers could be deprived of warranty and after-sales support.
The company clarified that customers can receive complete services including sales, distribution, warranty, spare parts, and after-sales support from its official service centers without concern.
Dreams Mobility currently operates KYC service centers in Dhangadhi, Surkhet, Nepalgunj, Dang, Butwal, Pokhara, Kathmandu, Bhaktapur, Birgunj, Lahan, Itahari, and Birtamod.
The company has been officially selling and distributing KYC brand electric vans in Nepal since July 21, 2025.
