KATHMANDU: Mahindra has crossed 50,000 unit sales of its electric SUVs within one year of launch.
The company started deliveries of its eSUV lineup in March 2025. It sold the first 30,000 units in just seven months. Sales crossed 41,000 units in less than 10 months.
Mahindra’s EV portfolio includes the XEV 9e, XEV 9S, and BE 6. These models are part of the Born Electric range built on the INGLO skateboard platform.
The XEV 9e comes as a coupe-style SUV, while the BE 6 focuses on sporty driving. The recently introduced XEV 9S targets family buyers with a 7-seat layout.
The electric SUVs are available with three battery options: 59 kWh, 70 kWh, and 79 kWh. Depending on the variant, the claimed driving range exceeds 500 km.
