CHITWAN: United Traders Syndicate Pvt. Ltd. (UTS), the authorized distributor of Toyota vehicles in Nepal, has expanded its dealer network with the opening of a new 3S (Sales, Service and Spare Parts) facility in Narayanghat.

The company has appointed Autoways Pvt. Ltd. as its authorized dealer for the region. The new showroom will offer vehicle sales, after-sales service and genuine Toyota spare parts under one roof.

According to the company, the facility will serve customers from Chitwan, Nawalpur, Makwanpur and neighboring districts. It aims to provide faster, more reliable and high-quality services in line with Toyota’s global standards.

Narayan Prasad Poudel, Chairman of Autoways Pvt. Ltd., said customer trust remains the company’s greatest asset. He said the new 3S facility has been established to deliver a better ownership experience and strengthen after-sales support.

Autoways began its operations in Bharatpur in 2011 and has built a strong customer base over the past 15 years. Poudel said Chitwan has emerged as one of Nepal’s most promising automobile markets, driven by the rapid growth of the industrial, transport and agricultural sectors. He added that providing world-class service remains the company’s priority.

Suraj Vaidya, Chairman of Vaidya Organization of Industries (VOITH), said the expansion reflects Toyota’s long-term commitment to its customers in Nepal. He noted that the brand has earned global recognition for its quality, safety, durability and reliability.

With the launch of the new 3S facility, Toyota expects to improve customer convenience while strengthening its presence in one of Nepal’s fastest-growing automobile markets.
