In addition to price reduction, Zeekr is offering a range of benefits on Zeekr X, including an exchange bonus, Auto Plus insurance, one year of road tax, and a 7 kW charger.
Gyanendra Bahadur Chand, general manager of Pioneer Auto Corp, the authorized distributor of Zeekr in Nepal, said the offer will remain till the stock lasts. “The government has not changed taxes on EV this time. Hence, we have announced a direct Rs 1 million discount on limited stock. Once the stock is sold out, we will revert to the original price,” Chand told MeroAuto.
While Zeekr has previously offered discounts to clear imported stock, this is the first time it has announced such a significant, direct price reduction. However, significant price reductions have become normal in China, where Zeekr is based, in recent months. This has forced importers in Nepal to swiftly clear their existing inventory and place new orders.
