KATHMANDU: Hansraj Hulaschand & Company, the official distributor of Triumph Motorcycles in Nepal, has started sales of the Triumph Scrambler 400 XC in the local market.
The company has introduced the Scrambler 400 XC at a price of Rs 799,900.
The Scrambler 400 XC features a different cosmetic design compared to the Scrambler 400 X. It also offers a new color option in the segment. The model is fully off-road inspired and comes with cross-spoke alloy wheels and tubeless dual-purpose tires.
The motorcycle is equipped with an upside-down front fork and an adjustable rear monoshock suspension. It also gets body-coloured mudguards, a fly screen, a high-mounted front fender, a small windscreen, a sump guard and engine protection guards.
Built on the brand’s Scrambler design philosophy, the Scrambler 400 XC is powered by a 398cc single-cylinder, liquid-cooled BS6 engine. The engine produces 39.5 PS of power and 37.5 Nm of torque, paired with a six-speed gearbox.
