KATHMANDU: Bajaj’s most premium motorcycle in Nepal, the updated 2025 version of the Dominar 400, has officially gone on sale.

Hansraj Hulaschand & Company, the authorized distributor of Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal, has started sales of the all-new Dominar 400 at a price of Rs 634,900. The company had opened bookings for the motorcycle last week.

The 2025 Dominar 400 comes with several feature upgrades. For the first time, Bajaj has equipped the Dominar with a fully digital console. The unit is the same as the one offered in the NS 400Z and now includes Smart Connect functionality.

The small digital display previously placed on the fuel tank has been removed. In its place, the new model gets a cleaner layout along with a USB charging port.

To operate the new console, Bajaj has added a revised switch panel on the handlebar.

The motorcycle now comes equipped with an electronic throttle body and ride-by-wire technology, offering more precise throttle response. It also features traction control for improved stability and safety.

Additionally, riders can choose from four riding modes; Road, Rain, ABS Sport, and Off-road allowing better adaptability based on road and weather conditions.

Built on a solid stamped perimeter frame, the Dominar 400 retains its muscular styling. It continues to offer a full LED lighting setup, assist and slipper clutch, dual disc brakes, dual-channel ABS, alloy wheels, USD front forks, and a multi-step adjustable monoshock suspension.

Powering the Dominar 400 is a 373cc single-cylinder, triple-spark, liquid-cooled, four-stroke, four-valve DOHC fuel-injected engine that complies with BS6 emission standards.

The engine produces a maximum power output of 39 PS and 35 Nm of torque, paired with a 6-speed gearbox.
