KATHMANDU: Buying a Bajaj motorcycle in Nepal has become more affordable. HH Bajaj, the authorized distributor of Bajaj motorcycles in Nepal, has partnered with Hulas Finserv Hire Purchase Ltd. (HFL) to introduce a new financing scheme with a longer repayment period and a lower interest rate.
Under the new scheme, customers can now finance a Bajaj motorcycle for up to five years (60 months), compared to the previous maximum tenure of three years.
The company says the longer repayment period will significantly reduce monthly installments, making motorcycle ownership more accessible for first-time buyers, young professionals and customers looking for lower monthly expenses.
Along with the extended loan tenure, the interest rate has also been reduced from 9.99 percent to 8.99 percent, further lowering the monthly repayment burden.
The financing scheme is available across the entire Bajaj motorcycle lineup, from the Platina 100 ES to the Dominar 400.
Under the new plan, the Platina 100 ES is available at a monthly EMI of Rs. 2,124, down from Rs. 3,255 under the previous financing plan. According to the company, customers can save around Rs. 1,131 per month, which works out to about Rs. 71 per day.
Similarly, the Dominar 400 can now be financed at a monthly EMI of Rs. 5,370, compared to Rs. 8,227 earlier.
Monthly installments have also been reduced for other models, including the Pulsar 125, Pulsar N125, Pulsar 150, Pulsar N150, Pulsar N160, Pulsar 220F, Pulsar NS200, Pulsar N250 and Pulsar NS400Z.
HH Bajaj says the new financing scheme is not a limited-time promotional offer. Instead, it has been introduced to make Bajaj motorcycle ownership more affordable by addressing customers’ concerns over high monthly EMIs.
The financing facility is available through Hulas Finserv Hire Purchase Ltd. at Bajaj showrooms across Nepal.
