KATHMANDU:Dongfeng’s premium electric sedan, the (e Pai) eπ 007, has been launched in Nepal.
MAW Vriddhi, the authorized distributor of Dongfeng in Nepal, has started sales of the eπ 007 at the NADA Auto Show 2026.
The company has priced the eπ 007 at Rs 5.999 million.
The sedan comes with a 160 kW electric motor that produces 310 Nm of peak torque. It can accelerate from 0 to 100 km/h in 6.8 seconds.
The sedan gets a 56.83 kWh LFP battery. Dongfeng claims a range of up to 530 km on a full charge under the CLTC cycle.
The eπ 007 can be charged from 30% to 80% in 26 minutes using a DC fast charger.
The sedan measures 4,880 mm in length and 1,895 mm in width, with a 2,915 mm wheelbase. Its height ranges from 1,460 mm to 1,476 mm, depending on the variant.
Inside, the eπ 007 gets a 15.6-inch central touch screen and an 8.8-inch full-LCD instrument cluster. Other features include a 19-speaker sound system, multi-color ambient lighting, wireless charging, four-zone climate control, an air purification system and electrically adjustable seats.
Safety features include six airbags, ABS, EBD, brake assist, electronic stability control, electronic parking brake, auto hold and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS).
The eπ 007 is positioned as a premium electric sedan and will compete in Nepal’s growing premium EV segment.
