Tata Punch EV price drops, now available below Rs 3.3 million

KATHMANDU: The Tata Punch EV has become more affordable at the NADA Auto Show 2026, with a Rs 100,000 discount.

Sipradi Trading, the authorized distributor of Tata Motors in Nepal, is offering the Punch EV facelift for Rs 3.299 million during the auto show.

The Punch EV facelift was launched at the NAIMA Mobility Expo two weeks ago at a starting price of Rs 3.399 million.

The updated model has received strong interest in Nepal. According to the company, more than 1,000 units have been booked within two weeks, while around 200 units have already been delivered.

The Punch EV is available with 30 kWh and 40 kWh battery options.

It supports up to 65 kW DC fast charging. Tata claims the battery can be charged from 20% to 80% in 26 minutes. A 15-minute charge can add up to 135 km of range.

The Punch EV facelift gets 16-inch aero-optimized alloy wheels and connected LED tail lights at the rear.

Inside, it retains the existing dashboard design but gets new trim finishes and an updated dual-tone theme. It features a 10.25-inch touch-screen infotainment system and a 10.25-inch digital driver display.

Other features include wireless charging, ventilated seats, ambient lighting, connected car technology and a 360-degree camera.

Safety features include six airbags, Electronic Stability Control, hill-hold assist, tire pressure monitoring, ISOFIX child-seat mounts and high-beam assist.
