Facelifted Tata Tiago EV launched in Nepal, priced from Rs 2.749 million

KATHMANDU : Sipradi Trading has started sales of the facelifted Tata Tiago EV in Nepal. The updated electric hatchback was unveiled at the ongoing NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026.

The facelifted Tiago EV is available in two variants in Nepal. The entry-level variant is priced at Rs 2.749 million, while the top-spec variant costs Rs 2.999 million. The prices remain unchanged from the previous model.

The Tiago EV is one of the most common electric cars on Nepali roads. The facelift brings updates to its design, technology and cabin features.

The model is aimed at customers looking for an affordable EV for daily city driving.

The Tiago EV comes with a 24 kWh lithium-ion battery pack and a 55 kW electric motor. The motor produces 114 Nm of torque. The 24 kWh version has a claimed range of up to 315 km, based on the applicable testing cycle.

The updated model gets a redesigned digital cockpit and a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system. It also features wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto, a digital instrument cluster, automatic climate control, cruise control and a multifunction steering wheel.

The cabin gets new upholstery and a revised interior design. These changes give the Tiago EV a more modern appearance.

Safety features include dual airbags, ABS, EBD, rear parking sensors, a reverse camera and electronic stability control.
