KATHMANDU: TVS has launched its new scooter, the Jupiter 110, in the Nepali market. During a special event held today, Jagdamba Motors, the authorized distributor of TVS two-wheelers in Nepal, officially unveiled the Jupiter 110.

The scooter is powered by a 113.3 cc, single-cylinder, 4-stroke engine. It delivers 5.9 kW power at 6,500 rpm and 9.8 Nm torque at 5,000 rpm. The new iGO Assist engine and intelligent ignition system help improve mileage by up to 10%. It also features auto start-stop and Integrated Starter Generator (ISG) for smoother rides.

TVS says the Jupiter 110 offers 15 first-in-class and 14 best-in-class features. These include a Bluetooth-enabled digital cluster with SMS alerts, navigation and call support. Other practical features are front fuel fill, dual helmet under-seat storage, USB charger and a longer seat.

Safety has also been upgraded. The scooter now includes rotary disc brakes, emergency brake warning, hazard lamps and a durable Metal Maxx body frame.

The design has been refreshed with new elements like infinity light bars and a Piano Black contrast panel. Ergonomic changes include a lower center of gravity and improved weight distribution for better control in traffic.

The new Jupiter 110 is available in a single Disc SXC variant in Dawn Blue Matte. It is priced at Rs 2,57,900 and available through TVS showrooms across Nepal.
