KATHMANDU: The government has stopped all vehicles from entering and leaving Kathmandu for the next three days.
The National Disaster Risk Reduction and Management Authority said the decision was taken because of heavy and continuous rainfall. The highways in and out of the Valley have been closed to prevent accidents.
According to the authority, no vehicles will be allowed to leave or enter Kathmandu until the weather improves.
