KATHMANDU: The 2026 Maruti Suzuki Brezza facelift has been spotted testing again in India, revealing new mechanical and cosmetic updates ahead of its official debut.

For the first time, the updated Brezza is expected to get a 6-speed manual gearbox. Spy images show a clearly visible 6-speed shift pattern on the gear lever, confirming that the test vehicle was equipped with the new transmission.

Currently, the Brezza comes with a 5-speed manual and automatic options, so this upgrade could improve highway drivability and fuel efficiency.

On the outside, the facelifted model appears to feature a redesigned front bumper and slightly revised side cladding. However, the signature twin-pod headlamp setup seems to have been retained, maintaining the SUV’s familiar look.

Inside, the new Brezza is likely to receive feature enhancements. It may offer leatherette seat upholstery, ventilated front seats, and a larger touchscreen infotainment system. These updates are expected to strengthen its position in the competitive compact SUV segment.

The latest spy images were captured by an Indian motor vlogger during road testing. More details, including engine specifications and launch timeline, are expected to be revealed in the coming months.
