KATHMANDU: MG S6 has arrived in Kathmandu ahead of its official sales launch in Nepal. The new SUV will go on sale from coming Monday through Paramount Motors.
The S6 is currently the largest model in MG’s Nepal lineup. The SUV measures 4.7 meters in length and comes with a 77 kWh NCM battery pack.

Based on the battery size, the SUV is expected to deliver around 530 km driving range on a single charge.
The SUV features a minimal design language and comes fitted with Michelin tires. It gets large wheels, a spacious cabin, and 195 mm ground clearance.

The Nepal-bound model carries XPower series badging and uses a 180 kW rear-wheel-drive motor.
MG has not officially announced the price of the S6 yet. However, considering the battery size and motor output, the SUV is expected to be priced around Rs 7 million to Rs 7.2 million in Nepal.
