KATHMANDU : Wuling has launched its fifth-generation Mini EV in Nepal at a starting price of Rs. 1.999 million. Paramount Motors, the authorized distributor of Wuling vehicles in Nepal, has introduced the four-door electric city car at the ongoing NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo 2026.
The model is officially known as the Wuling Hongguang Mini EV. However, it will be sold in Nepal simply as the Wuling Mini EV. The fifth-generation model measures 3,268 mm in length, 1,520 mm in width and 1,575 mm in height.
The Mini EV gets a 30 kW three-in-one electric drive system. It offers three driving modes: Eco, Standard and Sport. The car is available with 16.2 kWh and 25.1 kWh battery options. The larger battery version offers up to around 300 km of CLTC range.

The EV supports DC fast charging. It can charge from 30 to 80 percent in 35 minutes. The car also supports mobile app connectivity.
Safety features include an electric parking brake, dual airbags, electronic stability control, hill-hold control, traction control, hydraulic brake assist and auto hold.
The Mini EV also gets a high-definition reversing camera and rear parking sensors. Its compact dimensions make it suitable for urban driving, particularly on narrow roads and in tight parking spaces.
The car uses disc brakes on all four wheels. It also features a three-level regenerative braking system with Comfort, Standard and Strong modes.
