KATHMANDU: Ather Rizta sales have crossed the 2 million unit mark in India since its launch in April 2024.
The Rizta reached the first 1 million unit sales in less than a year, while the last 1 million units were sold in only six months.
Apart from the Rizta model, Ather’s 450 S, 450 X and 450 Apex models are available in the Indian market. Ather also has separate battery pack variant options in these models.
The Rizta now accounts for over 70% of Ather Energy’s total sales.
Ather Energy has sold more than 5 million units in India since it entered the e-scooter market. The brand is now among the top three in sales, along with Ola Electric, Bajaj Auto and TVS in India.
Ather electric scooters are also offered in Nepal. Vaidya Energy, the official distributor, sells them in two models: the Rizta and the Ather 450.
