KATHMANDU: BGauss has launched the C12 MaxR electric scooter in India at an ex-showroom price of 146,000 Indian rupees.
The C12 MaxR is based on the WSA platform made from high-tensile micro-alloy steel. It has a ground clearance of 160 mm and can carry a maximum payload of 150 kg.
The scooter features a compact design with two-tone bodywork. It gets an LED headlight and a 5-inch TFT instrument console. It also offers under-seat storage and a lockable front storage compartment.
The C12 MaxR comes with features such as turn-by-turn navigation, wireless charging, an umbrella holder, mobile and bottle holders, riding modes, reverse mode and cruise control. It also gets connected functions.
Power comes from a 3.8 kWh battery. The scooter has an IDC-certified range of 178 km. Its electric motor produces 4.2 kW of peak power.
The C12 MaxR can reach a top speed of over 75 kmph.
