POKHARA: BYD has opened a new 3S center in Pokhara, offering sales, service and spare parts under one roof.
The new facility has been launched by Flash Mobility Pvt. Ltd., the authorized BYD dealer for Pokhara, in partnership with Cimex Inc., the authorized distributor of BYD in Nepal.
Located at Buddhachowk in Pokhara Metropolitan City-10, the new center is expected to improve access to authorized after-sales services for BYD customers in Gandaki Province and surrounding areas.
The facility is part of BYD’s ongoing expansion of its after-sales network across Nepal. The company said the new center will provide customers with professional and reliable support throughout the vehicle ownership period.
Previously, BYD customers in Pokhara received after-sales services through a trained third-party service partner. With the new authorized center, customers can now access BYD’s official service network, trained technicians, genuine spare parts and specialized equipment.
The center covers around 7,233 square feet. It has been designed specifically to meet the service and repair needs of electric vehicles.
The facility features four modern vehicle lifts, separate repair areas, a dedicated high-voltage work area, genuine BYD spare parts storage and a dedicated vehicle washing bay.
The center can service around 15 to 16 vehicles per day. The company expects this capacity to reduce customer waiting times and improve service efficiency.
Services include routine maintenance, battery testing, mechanical and electrical repairs, dent and paint work, roadside assistance and warranty services. Customers can also access genuine spare parts and dedicated customer support through service advisers and the CRM team.
Sushil Tandukar, Head of Service at Cimex Inc., said the new facility reflects the company’s focus on customer-oriented after-sales service.
“Buying a BYD vehicle is only the beginning of our relationship with the customer. Our responsibility continues throughout the ownership period,” said Tandukar.
He added that the Pokhara facility strengthens BYD’s commitment to providing reliable services through modern infrastructure, skilled technicians, genuine spare parts and customer-focused support.
