KATHMANDU: CFMOTO’s upcoming dual-sport motorcycle, the 250DUAL, has been spotted testing on Nepali roads.
The test unit was seen in real-world conditions, suggesting possible launch preparation in Nepal. CFMOTO motorcycles in Nepal are distributed by Rishi Trade Centre.
The sighting points to CFMOTO’s growing focus on the dual-sport and adventure segment. The 250DUAL features a tall stance with clear off-road intent.
Design highlights include a sharp front fascia and a raised front fender. It gets long-travel suspension and a high-mounted exhaust. The motorcycle also features dual-purpose tires, slim body panels, and a narrow seat.
An upright riding position and wide handlebars suggest all-round usability. Testing in Nepal indicates evaluation on mixed surfaces. These include city roads, broken tarmac, and off-road trails.
