KATHMANDU: A new Geely showroom has come into operation in Butwal, Lumbini Province. LRR Motors, the authorized importer of Geely vehicles for Nepal, launched the outlet as part of its plan to expand its dealer network across the country.
Somarjun Motors has been appointed as the official dealer for Butwal. The company said the new showroom aims to make Geely EX5 EVs easily available for customers in Butwal and nearby areas.
LRR Motors has announced that it will appoint a total of 14 dealers nationwide within this year. Marking the opening, the company handed over two Geely EX5 Max units to customers on the first day. The early sales, according to the company, reflect the growing interest in the Geely brand in the region.
The new showroom will offer sales, after-sales services and spare parts for Geely’s EX5 Max and Pro models.
Arjun Bhusal, CEO of Somarjun Motors, said they are committed to offering reliable, modern and safe EV options to customers in Butwal. He added that the quality and capability of the EX5 will make it an attractive model in the region.
LRR Motors Director Jeevan Jung Shahi said a dedicated and capable partner like Somarjun Motors is key to expanding the Geely brand across Nepal. He said the new showroom reflects a shared commitment to advanced technology, quality service and an improved customer experience.
