KATHMANDU: SPG Automobiles, the official distributor of iCAUR in Nepal, has announced a Dashain offer on its iCAUR V23 electric SUV.
Under the festive offer, customers buying the iCAUR V23 will get a cash discount of Rs 200,000. The SUV, currently priced at Rs 5.399 million, will be available for Rs 5.199 million under the offer.
The iCAUR V23 was previously offered at Rs 5,099 million during the NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo and NADA Auto Show.
Along with the cash discount, SPG Automobiles is offering an extended warranty of up to 11 years. The package also includes one year of annual road tax, a 7 kW wall-mounted AC charger and one year of Auto Plus insurance.
The iCAUR V23 features a retro-inspired, boxy design with an off-road-oriented appearance. It measures 4,220 mm in length, 1,915 mm in width and has a 2,735 mm wheelbase. The model has around 205-210 mm of ground clearance, depending on the specification source.
The Nepal-spec V23 uses a 100 kW electric motor that drives the rear wheels. It is paired with a 59.93 kWh battery pack. The official specification lists a 360 km NEDC range, while the Nepal market listing quotes a claimed range of around 401 km.
The SUV gets a 15.4-inch central touchscreen, electrically adjustable front seats and an advanced driver assistance system (ADAS). Its rugged design is highlighted by a square front profile, round headlights, roof rails and a side-opening rear door.
