Leapmotor B10 goes on sale, price starts from Rs 4.999 million

KATHMANDU: The Leapmotor B10 electric SUV was officially unveiled at the NAIMA Nepal Automobile Expo in Kathmandu on Wednesday.

This is the third Leapmotor model available in Nepal after the C10 SUV and T03 hatchback.

Shangrila Motors, the official distributor of Leapmotor in Nepal, has introduced the B10 in two variants. While the lower variant costs Rs 4.999 million, the top variant is available for Rs 5.699 million.

Although both variants are equipped with the same rear-wheel drive 160 kW motor producing a torque of 240 Nm, the top variant comes equipped with a 67.1 kWh battery, while the lower variant uses a 56.2 kWh battery. Both variants can be charged using up to an 11 kW AC charger and a 168 kW DC fast charger.

The Leapmotor B10 is available in two variants with 67.1 kWh and 56.2 kWh battery options.

According to the company, the top variant delivers a range of up to 460 kilometers in urban conditions. Both models feature ADAS Level 2 driver-assistance technology.

In terms of size, the B10 is considered well-suited for the segment, with a length of 4,515 mm, a width of 1,885 mm and a height of 1,655 mm. The car has a wheelbase of 2,735 mm.
