KATHMANDU: Mahindra’s new electric SUV, the BE 6, is now ready for sale in Nepal. Sales of the BE 6 are set to begin with the import of 30 units by mid-November.

Agni Incorporated, Mahindra’s official dealer, first unveiled the BE 6 at the Naima Nepal Mobility Expo 2025. Bookings were also opened during the event.

“We’ve started importing the units. Customers who booked earlier will receive their vehicles first. Retail sales will begin after that,” Agni’s General Manager, Bardan Basnet, told MeroAuto.

Official sales are expected to start within two weeks. Mahindra will offer the BE 6 in three variants. Pack One is priced at Rs 5.7 million, Pack Two at Rs 6.1 million, and Pack Three at Rs 6.8 million.

The BE 6 comes with a sharp, modern design and a 59 kWh battery pack. It supports a 175 kW DC fast charger. Built on Mahindra’s pure EV platform, the model looks futuristic with flush door handles, strong body lines, and extensive use of LED lighting.

The SUV is similar in size to a compact SUV. It measures 4,371 mm in length, 1,907 mm in width, and 1,627 mm in height. Its wheelbase is 2,775 mm. Built on the INGLO platform, the BE 6 features a coupe-style design and 19-inch wheels.

With 207 mm of ground clearance, the BE 6 offers 455 liters of boot space. The interior also stands out with dual 12.3-inch screens. The infotainment system has more than 30 built-in apps and runs on a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295 processor paired with 24 GB RAM and 128 GB storage.

It includes a flat-bottom steering wheel, a mode selector inspired by aircraft thrust controls, a wireless charger, and a panoramic sunroof.

Mahindra has added 16 Harman Kardon speakers, dual-zone climate control, multi-color ambient lighting, 5G connectivity, Level 2 ADAS, a 360-degree camera, and 7 airbags.

The BE 6 uses a lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery and is powered by a 99 kW electric motor that produces 380 Nm of peak torque. It offers three driving modes: Range, Everyday, and Race. The long-range version delivers a claimed WLTP range of 550 kilometers.
