KATHMANDU: Evoke Nepal has brought a new 250cc adventure motorcycle to the Nepali market, introducing the country’s first V-twin engine motorcycle in the 250cc segment. The model comes from South Korean brand Hyosung.

The motorcycle has arrived in Nepal but has not yet been officially launched. According to company sources, the official unveiling will take place in the coming weeks. The expected price is around Rs 750,000.

This Hyosung adventure bike features a 248.2cc liquid-cooled, Euro 6-compliant V-twin engine. The engine uses an 8-valve SOHC setup with fuel injection. It produces 25.5 PS at 9,500 rpm and 20 Nm of torque at 7,000 rpm. Power is sent through a 6-speed gearbox.

The V-twin configuration is designed to deliver smoother power delivery and reduced engine vibration, setting it apart from other single-cylinder adventure bikes in this class.

In terms of hardware, the motorcycle comes with USD front forks, a rear mono-shock, dual disc brakes, and dual-channel ABS. It also features wire-spoke wheels with tubeless tires, suitable for mixed road conditions.

Key features include a 7-inch TFT digital display, adjustable windshield, mounting provision for pannier boxes, crash guard, and a vertically stacked LED headlamp. The bike gets a full LED lighting setup and electronic fuel injection as standard.

With its distinct engine layout and adventure-focused design, the Hyosung 250 ADV becomes a unique offering in Nepal’s growing 250cc adventure motorcycle segment.
