KATHMANDU: Triumph Nepal opened a new showroom in Butwal on Friday.
Issuing a statement on Friday, Hansraj Hulaschand & Company, the authorized distributor for Triumph in Nepal, said the new showroom has been opened in partnership with Basyal Autocorp – the exclusive Triumph dealer for Butwal.
“The inaugural day saw an impressive 15 Triumph motorcycles delivered, a strong indication of the enthusiasm and trust the people of Butwal have for the iconic brand,” the company said in the statement.
Speaking on the occasion, Akarshak Basyal, the owner of Basyal Autocorp, said he was delighted by the overwhelming response from local enthusiasts. “We are truly humbled by the enthusiasm shown by the people of Butwal. Delivering 15 motorcycles on the first day alone reflects the excitement for premium motorcycles in this region,” he said. “We are committed to providing an international-level experience right here in Butwal.”
Also speaking on the occasion, Triumph Nepal’s Manager, Sagar Thapa, emphasized the brand’s commitment to quality and the growing fan base in the country. “Triumph motorcycles have always stood for performance, style, and engineering excellence. It’s inspiring to see how Nepalese riders have embraced the brand with open arms,” he said. “The response from Butwal has been phenomenal, and we look forward to deepening our connection with this passionate community.”
According to the company, the new showroom in Butwal is equipped with trained manpower and adheres to international service standards. “Triumph Nepal affirms its readiness with a fully operational 3S facility – Sales, Service, and Spares – ensuring a seamless ownership experience for customers in the region,” it added.
Two Triumph models – Speed 400 and the Scrambler 400X – are currently available in Nepal.
