KATHMANDU: Nissan has launched the Nissan Gravite in India with prices starting at 565,000 Indian rupees (ex-showroom). The compact MPV is available in five variants and shares its platform with the Renault Triber.
The Gravite features a gloss black hexagonal grille, a front bumper with silver C-shaped inserts and smoked headlamps with integrated LED DRLs. It also gets smoked taillights with a chrome garnish, ‘Gravite’ lettering on the bonnet and tailgate, roof rails, black wheel arch cladding and 15-inch flex wheels.

Inside, the MPV offers a two-tone cabin with seating for up to seven passengers. It comes equipped with a 3-spoke steering wheel, 7-inch digital instrument cluster and an 8-inch touchscreen infotainment system with wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.
Other features include automatic climate control with rear AC vents, wireless charger, rain-sensing wipers, TPMS, rearview camera and six airbags. The Launch Edition adds a dual-channel dashcam, ambient lighting and a JBL sound system.

Power comes from a 1.0-liter naturally aspirated petrol engine producing 71 BHP and 96 Nm, paired with either a 5-speed manual or AMT gearbox.
Nissan is offering a standard warranty of 3 years or 100,000 km, and an extended warranty option of up to 10 years or 500,000 km for the Indian market.
