KATHMANDU: Tata Motors is set to update the safety features of the Nexon EV by introducing Level 2 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance System).

With the addition of ADAS, the Nexon EV will become one of the most feature-rich models in its segment. The company has indicated that there will be no significant price increase despite the upgrade.

The Nexon EV already comes equipped with premium features such as a JBL sound system, 360-degree surround-view camera, blind spot monitoring, voice-assisted panoramic sunroof, ventilated leatherette seats, V2V (vehicle-to-vehicle) and V2L (vehicle-to-load) charging, Arcade EV app suite, a 12.25-inch cinematic touchscreen, and wireless Android Auto and Apple CarPlay.

The latest version of the Nexon EV is powered by a 45 kWh battery pack, which, Tata claims, delivers a real-world range of up to 350 kilometers when fully charged.

Sipradi Trading, the authorized Tata distributor in Nepal, is selling the updated model as Nexon K3 EV. The SUV is available for Rs 4.899 million.
