KATHMANDU: Tata Motors has released a new teaser of the Sierra EV ahead of its official debut scheduled for June 30 in India. The electric SUV will sit between the Curvv EV and Harrier EV in Tata’s EV lineup.
The Sierra EV will retain a similar design to the ICE-powered Sierra. It is expected to feature a closed-off front grille, redesigned bumper, and aero-optimized alloy wheels.
The cabin is likely to come with a triple-screen setup. It could include a 10.25-inch digital instrument cluster, a 12.3-inch central touchscreen, and a 12.3-inch passenger display.
The Sierra EV will be based on Tata’s acti.ev+ platform, which also underpins the Harrier EV. It is expected to be offered with single and dual-motor options.
The SUV could get two battery pack options of 65 kWh and 75 kWh. More details will be revealed at its launch.
