KATHMANDU: CFMoto has officially launched its dual-purpose motorcycle, the CFMoto 250 Dual, in the Nepali market with a price tag of Rs 549,900.

The motorcycle was unveiled by Rishi Trade Center, the authorized distributor of CFMoto in Nepal under Reliance Group, during an event on Thursday.

According to the company, the 250 Dual was extensively tested across different terrains of Nepal before being introduced to the market. Rohin Agarwal, Director of Rishi Trade Center, said the motorcycle was developed keeping Nepal’s diverse geography in mind.

“We conducted long-term testing of the bike in various regions of Nepal before starting sales,” Agarwal said, adding that the company is also focusing on strengthening its after-sales service network by expanding 3S (Sales, Service, and Spare Parts) facilities across the country.

During the event, the company also announced the prices of spare parts and service packages. Ujwal Joshi, General Manager of Rishi Trade Center, said the company has addressed earlier complaints related to expensive parts and service quality.

“To improve customer satisfaction, we have reduced spare parts prices by up to 40 percent and introduced services such as roadside assistance,” he said.
