KATHMANDU: Chinese automaker LS Auto has introduced its third model in the Nepali market. The company’s authorized distributor, Blue Corporation Pvt. Ltd., has started sales of the LS Auto LEV X.
The LS Auto LEV X is priced at Rs 8.495 million. The brand had previously launched the LS Auto LEV 01 SE and LS Auto LEV 01 CE in Nepal.
The newly introduced LEV X comes with an all-wheel-drive (AWD) setup featuring dual motors on the front and rear, producing a combined output of 198 kW and 640 Nm of torque.
It is equipped with a 77 kWh lithium iron phosphate (LFP) battery, which the company claims can deliver a driving range of up to 550 km on a full charge.
In terms of dimensions, the SUV measures 4,640 mm in length, 1,870 mm in width, and 1,655 mm in height, with a wheelbase of 2,760 mm. It offers a ground clearance of 210 mm, which is positioned among the higher figures in its segment.
The vehicle includes features such as all-wheel drive capability for improved off-road performance, along with safety systems including six airbags, Level 2 ADAS, ABS, EBD, auto hold, hill hold, and a 360-degree camera.
LS Auto is offering an 8-year or 150,000 km warranty on the motor and battery.
As part of New Year offers, the company has introduced exchange benefits and cash discounts. Customers purchasing the vehicle may also receive an opportunity for a China tour under the promotional scheme.
The distributor has also launched a new showroom in Gyaneshwor to support sales and customer service.
