CFMoto 250 Dual sold out in one month, new buyers face one-month wait

KATHMANDU: CFMoto’s newly launched 250 Dual has received a strong response in the Nepali market. The motorcycle was introduced by Rishi Trade Center, the official distributor of CFMoto under Reliance Group. It is now sold out within one month of launch.

The company has not revealed how many units arrived in the first batch. The price of the CFMoto 250 Dual is Rs 550,000.

With the first batch sold out, new customers will need to wait for the next lot. According to the company, buyers booking now will get delivery in the first week of May.

The CFMoto 250 Dual uses a 250cc liquid-cooled engine. It meets Euro 5 emission standards. The engine produces 24.4 PS power and 22.5 Nm torque. It comes with a 6-speed gearbox.

The motorcycle weighs only 154 kg, making it suitable for off-road riding. It gets a 21-inch front wheel and 18-inch rear spoke wheel. The tires are designed for both on-road and off-road use.

Suspension setup includes USD forks at the front and a mono-shock at the rear. Other features include dual-channel ABS, slipper assist clutch, 245 mm ground clearance, and a 13-liter fuel tank.
