Paramount Motors set to bring four new Wuling EVs to Nepal

KATHMANDU: Paramount Motors Pvt. Ltd., the official distributor of Wuling Motors in Nepal, is preparing to expand its electric vehicle portfolio with four new models. The upcoming lineup aims to strengthen the company’s position in Nepal’s EV market, supported by global expertise from SAIC-GM-Wuling.

Wuling Eksion EV (7-seater SUV)

The Wuling Eksion EV will be positioned as a flagship 7-seater SUV. It is expected to come with a 69.2 kWh battery pack and a claimed range of up to 530 km. The model will target large families and include features like ADAS and a 360-degree camera system.

 Wuling Mini EV (4-door compact)

The Wuling Mini EV 4-door variant will focus on urban mobility. Built on the GSEV platform, it is expected to offer a range of up to 301 km. The model will prioritize compact design, improved practicality, and easier rear-seat access for city users.

 Wuling Darion MPV EV

The Wuling Darion MPV EV will enter the premium people-mover segment. It will feature a 7-seat layout, sliding doors, and a spacious cabin designed for comfort. The model is expected to deliver a range of up to 540 km, making it suitable for long-distance travel.

Wuling Binguo EV (updated model)

The updated Wuling Binguo EV will return to the Nepali market with refreshed features. It will be offered with two battery options, delivering up to 410 km range. The model will include dual 10.25-inch displays, improved cabin space, and upgraded safety features.

Paramount Motors will provide an 8-year battery warranty across all upcoming models, aiming to enhance reliability and strengthen consumer confidence in Nepal’s growing EV market.
