Arcfox launches T1 in Nepal at Rs. 3.296 million, offered in two variants

KATHMANDU : Laxmi Motorhub, the official dealer of Arcfox in Nepal, has launched the Arcfox T1, a compact electric hatchback from BAIC Group’s premium EV brand.

The Arcfox T1 is available in two variants, with the LV2 priced at Rs. 3.296 million and the LV3 at Rs. 3.596 million. The price is lower than those of competing models and is in line with customer expectations.

The Arcfox T1 measures 4,337 mm in length, 1,805 mm in width and 1,573 mm in height. It has a 2,750 mm wheelbase and 181 mm ground clearance.

The Nepal-spec model is powered by a 70 kW electric motor. It produces 170 Nm of peak torque and has a top speed of 140 km/h. The T1 gets a 42.3 kWh LFP battery pack. It offers a claimed WLTP range of 310 km on a full charge.

Using DC fast charging, the battery can charge from 30% to 80% in around 25 minutes. A 7 kW AC charger takes around eight hours for a full charge.

The cabin features a 15.6-inch HD touchscreen, a six-speaker audio system, voice control, EasyLink, and Apple CarPlay. It also gets a 66W front charging port and a 27W USB Type-C charging port at the rear.

The T1 also comes with heated and ventilated seats. It offers four driving modes: Eco, Sport, Comfort and Personalized.

Safety features include cruise control, automatic parking and lane departure warning. The car also gets an electronic parking brake, seatbelt reminder, ABS, EBD, ESP, four airbags, hill control, front and rear parking sensors, and reverse path tracking.

Arcfox is an EV brand under China’s BAIC Group. The T1 is positioned as a compact electric hatchback with SUV-inspired styling.
