The SUV features MacPherson struts at the front and a multi-link setup at the rear. Its equipment list includes multiple drive modes and off-road-focused features on higher variants.

Inside, the H7 gets a 12.3-inch digital instrument cluster and a 15.6-inch infotainment screen. Wireless Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are available, along with a 50W wireless charging pad. Higher variants also get a head-up display and an off-road information display.
