KATHMANDU: GWM has opened a new showroom in Pokhara through its authorized dealer Raj Motors Pvt. Ltd. The new facility is located at Uttam Chowk and also marks the introduction of the Ora 5 and Haval Jolion Max EV in the Pokhara market.
The new showroom will operate as a 3S facility, offering sales, servicing and spare parts under one roof. GWM’s electric and premium models will be displayed at the facility, along with technical support for EV customers.
The Ora 5 is equipped with a 58.3 kWh battery and offers a claimed WLTP range of up to 435 km. The electric SUV also gets 200 mm of ground clearance along with various safety and technology features.
The Haval Jolion Max EV is powered by a 150 kW electric motor paired with a 58.3 kWh battery. GWM claims a range of more than 400 km on a full charge. It features a panoramic sunroof, 14.6-inch infotainment display, ADAS and V2L functionality.
The showroom opening was attended by GWM officials, local representatives, automobile industry members and journalists.
Speaking at the event, Raj Motors Chairman Ashok Chalise said the company aims to strengthen GWM’s presence in Pokhara while focusing on quality after-sales service along with vehicle sales.
