KATHMANDU: The Nagdhunga-Muglin road has been blocked after floods damaged the road at Krishnabhir in Benighat Rorang Rural Municipality, Dhading.

Floodwaters from the Trishuli River eroded the hillside at Krishnabhir early Sunday morning, causing part of the road to sink. The road had reopened briefly after being blocked earlier in the morning. However, it was closed again after the road was damaged.

Hundreds of vehicles traveling to and from Kathmandu have been stranded on the highway, leaving many passengers stuck on the road.
