KATHMANDU: CG Motors, the authorized distributor of GAC AION in Nepal, has introduced its Dashain promotional scheme, offering benefits worth up to Rs 900,000 on AION electric vehicles.
Under the ‘Dashain Ko Bahar, AION Ko Uphar’ scheme, customers can get cash discounts, exchange bonuses and free annual road tax for one fiscal year. The package also includes one year of Auto Plus insurance, a 6.6 kW home charger and other vehicle-related accessories.
The company says customers will also benefit from immediate delivery under the offer. Depending on the model and availability, buyers can take delivery of their new AION vehicle without a long waiting period.
CG Motors currently offers the AION V and AION Y in Nepal. The AION V is available in Elite and Luxury variants, while the AION Y comes with a 61.54 kWh battery and a claimed NEDC range of up to 500 km.
The Dashain offer is available at authorized AION showrooms across Nepal. The company expects the scheme to make EV purchases more attractive during the festive season.
