KATHMANDU : The Arcfox T1 electric crossover will make its Nepal debut on Monday. BAIC’s authorized distributor, Laxmi Motorhub, is bringing the LV3 variant to the local market.
The Arcfox T1 is a 4.3-meter crossover hatchback equipped with heated and ventilated front seats. It will be available in five exterior colors. With its modern design, technology-focused cabin and expected price below Rs 4 million, the model has already attracted considerable attention.
The T1 measures 4,337 mm in length, 1,805 mm in width and 1,573 mm in height. It has a 2,750 mm wheelbase, providing a spacious cabin, while its 181 mm ground clearance is well suited to Nepal’s road conditions.
Power comes from a 70 kW electric motor that produces 170 Nm of torque. It is paired with a 42.3 kWh LFP battery pack, offering a WLTP-certified driving range of up to 310 km. The EV has a top speed of 140 km/h.
The battery can be charged from 30% to 80% in around 25 minutes using a DC fast charger. A full charge takes approximately eight hours with a 7 kW AC charger.
The cabin features a 15.6-inch HD touchscreen infotainment system, a six-speaker audio system, voice control, EasyLink, Apple CarPlay, a 66 W fast-charging port for front passengers and a 27 W USB Type-C charging port for rear passengers.
Drivers can choose from four drive modes: Eco, Comfort, Sport and Personalized.
The LV3 variant also comes with a comprehensive safety package. ADAS features include lane departure warning, cruise control and automatic parking.
Other safety equipment includes an electronic parking brake, ABS, EBD, ESP, four airbags, hill hold control, front and rear parking sensors, reverse path tracing and seatbelt reminders.
