KATHMANDU: Foton has expanded its after-sales network in Nepal by opening five new Foton Total Care Shield Service Points simultaneously across the country.

The new facilities have been established by MAW Vriddhi Commercial Vehicle Pvt. Ltd., the authorized distributor of Foton in Nepal. The service centers are located in Bhaluwang, Baglung, Lalbandi, Chapur and Lahan.

With the latest expansion, Foton’s nationwide after-sales network now covers more than 21 locations. The company says the wider network will make vehicle servicing and technical support more accessible for EV customers across Nepal.

The newly opened service points will provide faster and more convenient support to Foton owners in their respective regions and nearby areas. The expansion is expected to benefit commercial vehicle operators, logistics companies and educational institutions that rely on dependable vehicles and timely after-sales service.

Customers visiting the new facilities will have access to routine maintenance, vehicle diagnostics, repair services and warranty support. Each center is equipped with dedicated diagnostic tools for electric vehicles, trained EV technicians and genuine Foton spare parts.

According to the company, the Foton Total Care program aims to minimize vehicle downtime and reduce operating costs. It focuses on preventive maintenance, faster service, transparent processes and support tailored to Nepal’s operating conditions.

The Total Care Shield Service Points will serve as authorized service centers in remote, semi-urban and regional markets, providing standardized service quality and improved after-sales support across the country.
