KATHMANDU: Foton Motors Nepal organized a customer meet in Birtamode on March 31. The event was held at Prashuram Party Palace. It aimed to connect with customers from Jhapa and nearby districts.
The program saw participation from transport entrepreneurs, fleet owners, and business partners. Foton used the platform to gather feedback and understand customer needs in the eastern region. Birtamode was chosen due to its importance as a commercial hub.
During the event, the company highlighted its focus on after-sales service and customer satisfaction. It shared plans to improve service access and response time.
Foton also showcased its growing EV ecosystem. It now has over 166 CCS2 fast-charging points across Nepal. This is expected to support commercial EV adoption.
The company said its network has expanded to more than 14 sales and service points nationwide. This ensures better support for customers across regions.
Foton vehicles in Nepal are distributed by MAW Vriddhi Commercial Vehicle.
