KATHMANDU: MAW Vriddhi Motors has ended the introductory offer on the NAMMI Vigo E2 following strong demand in the Nepali market.
The company launched the electric SUV last Wednesday and received a large number of bookings within six days. The demand exceeded the number of units planned for the festive season.
Under the introductory offer, the Vigo E2 was available with a discount of Rs 200,000. The offer has now ended, and the SUV will be available at its official MRP of Rs 3.799 million.
Bookings for the NAMMI Vigo E2 will continue at the revised price.
The Vigo E2 is a new configuration of the NAMMI Vigo E2+. It retains several popular features of the E2+ but comes without a moonroof.
MAW Vriddhi says the SUV has attracted strong interest due to its design, features, premium experience and competitive pricing.
Prashanna Panta, CEO of MAW Vriddhi Motors, said the company had to end the special offer on the first day of the NADA Auto Show due to exceptionally high demand.
He thanked customers for their response and said the company would continue to introduce new products to meet changing customer needs.
