KATHMANDU: Kia has revealed a new “GT Wrap” design for its upcoming EV4 GT, the company’s first electric hot hatch.
The model was recently spotted testing on public roads without camouflage, revealing Kia’s latest high-performance styling, according to Autocar UK.
The GT Wrap features neon accent colors and bold design elements inspired by Kia’s Gran Turismo heritage. It represents the next step in the brand’s high-performance EV identity, blending speed and modern design.
The EV4 GT will be available in hatchback and sedan versions. The hatchback will be built at Kia’s plant in Slovakia for the European market, while the sedan will be produced in South Korea.

Design highlights include Star Map LED lighting, 20-inch alloy wheels, and a sporty neon-themed interior. The cabin gets lower seats, neon seatbelts, door handles, and a GT Mode button on the steering wheel that unlocks maximum performance.
Powered by a dual-motor AWD setup, the EV4 GT is expected to deliver around 400 horsepower, enabling a 0–100 km/h sprint in about 5 seconds. Kia plans to launch the EV4 GT in Europe in 2026.
The company will also use the new GT Wrap design on its upcoming high-performance EVs.

The EV4 will join Kia’s GT lineup, which already includes the EV6 GT and EV9 GT, while the EV3 and EV5 are expected to get GT versions soon.
Kia has not yet publicly confirmed the launch of the EV4 GT for other regions, including Asia.
