KATHMANDU: The first NAIMA Nepal Mobility Expo has come to an end. The event started on August 6 and concluded today, August 11.
Organized by the Nepal Automobile Importers and Manufacturers Association (NAIMA), the expo brought together 50 brands. These included two-wheelers, three-wheelers, four-wheelers and commercial vehicles. More than 35 new models were on display.
NAIMA said the six-day event welcomed over 100,000 visitors. More than 2,000 vehicles were booked during the expo.
Buyers enjoyed attractive offers. Some vehicles came with cash discounts of up to Rs 2 million. Five models were completely sold out.
According to NAIMA, the event has given fresh momentum to the automobile market.
