KATHMANDU: The next-generation Mahindra Bolero has been spotted on test once again. Latest spy shots reveal design elements that echo the Maruti Jimny as per Carwale.

The prototype carries a boxy silhouette with an upright stance. Short overhangs, squarish wheel arches and a clamshell bonnet add to its rugged profile.

At the front, round LED headlamps sit alongside a rectangular grille. The combination enhances its Jimny-like look. Inside, an all-black cabin can be seen. A new 3-spoke steering wheel and a centrally mounted touchscreen infotainment system are visible.

The SUV is likely to be built on Mahindra’s New Flexible Architecture (NFA). A 1.5-litre diesel engine is expected to be offered.
