KATHMANDU: Preparations are underway for the 17th edition of the NADA Auto Show, which will be held from August 19 to 24 at Bhrikutimandap.

Participating brands are busy setting up their stalls, with construction work progressing both inside the hall and in the open courtyard.

More than 300 workers are involved in building stalls. Brands are competing to create attractive designs to draw visitors. This year’s event will showcase 36 brands, including 19 four-wheeler brands, 13 light commercial vehicle brands and 4 two-wheeler brands. Over 35 stalls will also display lubricants, tires, spare parts, batteries and banking services.

For the first time, the show will feature robots, flying cars, and vintage cars. A special ‘Made in Nepal Pavilion’ will highlight locally made vehicles and spare parts.

The event will also include a media and traffic information desk, along with seminars, workshops, and interactive sessions. Ticket booking has started, with a 20% cashback offer for those booking by August 18.
