TVS launches iQube S 4.7 kWh variant with 175 km range

KATHMANDU: TVS Motor Company has launched a new 4.7 kWh battery variant of the TVS iQube S, priced at Rs 137,000 Indian rupees (ex-showroom, Delhi).

The new variant comes with a larger battery pack, offering an IDC-certified range of 175 km. This is higher than the 3.5 kWh version, which delivers a claimed range of 145 km. The bigger battery has also increased the scooter’s weight by around 10 kg.

The iQube S continues to use a 4.4 kW electric motor. It can accelerate from 0 to 40 km/h in 4.3 seconds and has a top speed of 82 km/h.

In terms of design, the scooter is now available in new color options including Magnificence Purple Beige and Harlequin Blue Beige, along with Titanium Gray Matte.

Feature highlights include a TFT display, navigation support, USB charging port, and 32 liters of under-seat storage.

The new variant focuses on higher range and practical features, targeting urban electric scooter buyers.
